FixRight ("we", "us", or "our") is an AI-powered home repair and renovation estimating tool operated by FixRight Inc. The Service provides planning estimates for home improvement projects based on information and images you submit.
All cost estimates, materials lists, timelines, and recommendations provided by FixRight are planning estimates only and do not constitute professional contractor quotes, engineering assessments, or guarantees of project cost.
To access certain features you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

FixRight and its underlying technology, branding, and content are owned by FixRight Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Estimates generated for your personal use are yours to use freely. You retain ownership of photos you upload; by uploading them you grant FixRight a limited licence to process them solely to deliver the Service.
Certain features require a paid subscription. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ESTIMATES WILL BE ACCURATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIXRIGHT INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FixRight Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

FixRight Inc. operates the FixRight home repair estimating app. This Privacy Policy applies to data collected through our web app, mobile apps, and related services. For questions, contact privacy@fixright.app.
Photos you upload are sent to Anthropic's Claude API and, for Pro users, image generation APIs to process your estimate or create design visualisations. Photos are transmitted securely and are not stored by Anthropic beyond their processing window. We retain your photos in our database only if you save the estimate; you can delete saved estimates at any time.

FixRight is operated from the United States. If you are located in the EU, UK, or Canada, your data is transferred to the US under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable). EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
FixRight is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage, and access controls. No system is 100% secure; if you become aware of a security issue, please contact security@fixright.app.

FixRight Inc. does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not share your data with advertisers for targeted advertising.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), "sale" means transferring personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" includes disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. FixRight does neither.
